These cookies are always a complete sucess at any time
of the year. The horses love them and simply can't get enough
of them. They don’t spread out on the cookie sheet when
you bake them so put them as close together as you need. They
are also bake very quickly so you can make a nice big batch!
The Recipe:
2 cups oat flour
2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 golden syrup or honey
1/4 - 1/3 molasses
M ix dry ingredients, stir in syrups. drop by teaspoon on
to cookie sheet.
B ake 8 min @ 350 degrees.
