We've known for years that horses in the UK love their Polo mints. Those are sometimes a little bit hard to find in the U.S. (unless you live down the street from this place) so we've decided to go one better and make our own!
The Recipe:
2 Cups of Confectioner's Sugar
1 Crushed Candy Cane
1/4 Cup of Royal Icing Powder
About 1/8 Cup of Water
Mix dry ingredients slowly (a little at a time) Stir in water to make a stiff paste.
Mold into small balls and share them with your horse!
Note: Be careful not to add too much water or you might end up with peppermint soup!
