This fun project might make a great gift for a horsey friend! We have been making these little kits at our camps for years and are a regular addition to our students' grooming kits.
The Recipe:
2 Tablespoons grated Bee's Wax
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup grated Castile soap
1/2 cup grated Glycerin soap
add this later:
1/2 teaspoon Lavender Essential Oil
Melt all ingredients (except lavendar oil) over very low heat(We use a double-boiler).Stir occasionally.
Add 1/2 teaspoon Lavender Essential Oil.Spoon into small soap dishes. Decorate with your monogram. (see examples below!)
